-To bring a Chinchilla or other small animal to be rescued I ask only for a form to be completed and the current cage to be supplied with the animal. Also any current or previous known medical history is to be supplied.
-To rehome an animal I ask only for a small donation which goes towards the running costs of the sanctuary (food, bedding etc... and any vets bills) and I request that a rehoming form is filled in. Also an agreement is to be made that the animal will not be breed from. I will accept animals back with a valid reason - not just 'I changed my mind'. Please be sure that you are able to provide a stable and loving long term home for the animal.
